Bora Lee-Kil (she/her) writes and makes films, believing that being born to Deaf parents made her a natural storyteller. Her award-winning film, Glittering Hands (2014), draws on her experience of navigating between silence and sound in her upbringing. Untold (2018) received a Juri's Special Mention at the Busan International Film Festival. Her current project Our Bodies was selected for the Berlinale Talents' Doc Station. She is a Union Docs Lab Fellow (2023) and a Berlinale Talents Alum (2020).
