Charlie Phillips (he/him) is a documentary film producer based in Folkestone and working with filmmakers from all across the world. Most recent feature documentaries are All Rivers Spill Their Stories To The Sea (2026), Our Land (2025), and Blue has No Borders (2025).  Charlie also produced the AR folk walking experience and exhibition The Folkestone Elephant. Previously, he was the Oscar and BAFTA-winning Head of Video at The Guardian, overseeing all moving image for the Guardian's platforms. He is currently Head of Stories for the education platform Lyfta and co-creative director for Folkestone Documentary Festival.

Charlie is the producer of All Rivers Spill Their Stories To The Sea, supported through Jeanie Finlay's 2023 Chicken & Egg Award.
